Share Prime benefits and digital content with Amazon Household

Did you know Prime members can share certain benefits including FREE Prime Shipping, Prime Video, Amazon Photos, Twitch Prime, other digital benefits and exclusive offers? Benefit sharing is made possible with an Amazon Household.

What is an Amazon Household?

An Amazon Household allows you to connect and share Amazon Prime benefits with the whole family. Two adults and up to four teen and four child profiles may link in a Household.

How does Household work for adults?

Two adults in a Household can share Prime benefits and digital content. Sharing benefits through Amazon Household requires both adults to link their accounts in an Amazon Household and agree to share payment methods. Each adult keeps his or her personal account while sharing those benefits at no additional cost.

You can create a Household here or manage your Household from the following page:

How does Household work for teens?

Teen logins allow 13–17 year olds to shop on their own, and parents approve the order with a simple text. Parents can select which addresses their teen can ship to, approve orders their teen places and share a credit card their teen’s orders will be charged to. If a parent is a Prime member, teens will also get to share select Prime benefits including Prime Shipping, Prime Video and Twitch Prime.

To get started: 1) Enter your teen’s contact info. 2) Choose which card they can use and where they can ship. 3) Set up how you’d like to review and approve or decline purchases. We will then send an invite to your teen to set up their own Amazon login.

Personalize each child’s experience by selecting what content they are able to see, and set educational goals and time limits.
